my fathers name was vernon alfred doak. his fathers name was james doak. i have a brother by the name of vernon alfred doak jr. obviosly, dad isnt the vernon you are looking for, but i just wanted to let you know. he dies on fathers day, 1979. he is burried in bandon, or. next to his mother, myrtle madersy button doak. i also have a brother by the name of david james doak. my g-father (james) was killed on his birthday sometime in the 1940s. he was beheaded by a log when a cable snapped on a log truck. i know these are not the people you are looking for, but it was too much of a coincedense with the names. thank you for your time. -judi
