I'm assuming, without a lot to go on, that Isabella was the one mentioned among the unmarried daughters of Samuel Doak and Jane Mitchell in Samuel's will of 1772 in Augusta County. Where did you get the birth date for John Milligan? This is my son's line through his mother and here is what I have on it:
