Can a relationship be established from a mismatched marker
My ancestors are known on paper for almost 30 generations. Another surname matches 24 of 25 markers. The exception is in marker 464b with a 16 value for me and a 15 value for them. Can these values predict a relationship of grandson or cousin or whatever to one of my ancestors in a close generation situation? The total 464 a-d values are 15 16 16 17 as compared to their 15 15 16 17.
