The 3 primary firms (23andMe, AncestryDNA and FTDNA) all charge $99. 23andMe has the most sensitive test for Native American ancestry. It will also give you the all-female lineage(mt-DNA) haplogroup, which would be definitive, if the ancestor were in this lineage.
