Comparison shopping

I see that Family Tree DNA has lowered the price of its autosomal test -- Family Finder -- to $99, which compares favorably to 23andMe's test. They both show ethnic percentages and the potential for genetic matches, but it seems to me that 23andMe is a better buy because it also provides results regarding health risks, inherited conditions and physical traits.

I wonder, though, is there any qualitative difference between the two companies? Is the lab work of one better or more reliable than the other?
