No one has received results yet, so I'm basing this answer on incomplete information. Geno 2.0 is not marketed as a replacement for Family Finder, and apparently there are no plans to create match lists and so forth.
However, if you have access to the Family Finder / 23andMe raw data for some party and want to compare your Geno 2.0 data, there *might* be enough overlap to spot a shared segment, at least out to say the 2nd cousin level. When I get some raw data for my son, I'll check this out.
