Without putting out more money, where do they go from here. I hope to hear from other lines who have had this same problem with their DNA test results>> What was the problem with the tests? I am surprised that they didn't resolve it. A few people reported problems to one company and to the boards early last year, but all were resolved to their satisfaction, except for Richard Cottrell. He discussed his problem in this message: http://genforum.genealogy.com/dna/messages/25.html As far as I know, no problems have been posted about the acuracy of test results at Relative Genetics (which we use) or DNAHeritage. You can get a freebie by testing thorugh SGMF at www.smgf.org. However, they don't guarantee you that you will be tested and it takes a long time for the results to be posted. They can't report the results to you. You have to find them by using your commercial results to query their database. Since you have to submit a pedigree, you can easily recognize your results.
