There will be "No" upgrades for me!
My Fathers DNA has 6 (perfect) matches and 3 genetic distance of 1
I am in contact with these people & we can follow a "Paper Trail" connecting us!
However another line has 22 off the wall surnames
plus 4 a genetic distane of 1
plus 17 a genetic distane of 2
This I do not understand!
They submitted a 37 marker test!
The Company admitted to making a mistake in the test, but refuse to do the DNA test over, leaving this person hanging.
The Company recently added some off the wall surnames to a Cousin whose 1st 12 markers matched my Fathers perfectly.
Without putting out more money, where do they go from here.
I hope to hear from other lines who have had this same problem with their DNA test results.
We have contacted the Company & all we get is the run around!
