Thanks for the steer. Yes, I have now corrected the relatinship as being total "transmisison events" as being 5 + 4 = 9.

If I get a Marker that is out by two, between the two samples (but they are otherwise a close match say 64 / 67 markers .... does this one mismatch could as GD = 2 or a GD = 1?
