Some markers chosen by Family Tree change, IMHO, too rapidly. I don't worry at all about any differences on CDYa & b as long as all the others match, especially at the 67 marker level. 200 years isn't really all that long, once one considers various other factors, like culture and the effects of natural disasters in early times. Some cultural factors have a huge influence on the fact that many youngsters had no choice except to move far away from the paternal home in order to find opportunities to sustain themselves.
I can't document my Dad's paternal line before 1840 at all. The county courthouse where the family lived burned to the ground three times between 1800 and 1900, darn it, and they were simple farmers back then, a little too politically unimportant to have been mentioned in history books or even early newspapers.
