Marker Difference meaning -3 men sharing descent of 250 years

3 men documented with census, probate, marriage licenses, etc are descended from the same man b1741 in MD. All have been DNA tested by the same laboratory.
The 4th man with proven records from 1750s of his descent, but had no knowledge of Maryland antecendants.

A and B descended from brothers born 1841 & 1854 &same man b 1741 MD.
C descended from same man b 1741 MD as A & B.
D ancestors have remained in same location, proven ancestry from ca 1750s.
marker 447 A-24 B-25 C-25 D- 25
marker 460 A -12 B-12 C-11 D- 12
mark 570 A-17 B-16 C-17 D-17
marker Cdyb A-39 B-40 C-40 D-40

My experience with another surname with 3 tests by descendants of three different sons of the same immigrant ancestor born 1745 leads to my questions. The line, documented by dozens of proofs, ALL 3 tested identically. 250 years and no differences!

I know Cdyb is unstable but there are still 3 different marker differences. What does this mean?. What am I to learn and assume from the A, B, C and D difference in 150 years?

A 5th man who does not share the location of MD area birth but all the rest of the markers are identical.
marker 390 is 26 Rather than the 25 of A,B,C,D
marker 447 is 26 Marker is 25 for B,C, D A shows 24.
marker 460 is 12 Shared with A, B, D. C is 11.
marker 570 is 16 Shared with B. Others A,C,D have 17.
marker Cdyb is 40 Shared with B,C & D. A is 39.

Do these men share the same ancestor, but more distant? or does he belong to an entirely different group with the same surname or possibly another name?

Thank you for helping us understand. This is a subject many in the surname group are trying to puzzle its meaning.
