Your model is the same as 22 flips of a coin coming up heads. The DNA is more like 22 mixtures (father) of colored marbles being mixed with 22 mixtures (mother) of colored marbles. Each is always mixed at the same location of the 22 samples in a random way. This is done at each event to each group of marbles. It then becomes a problem of what is the chance that some of the marbles in the sample do not get pick after so many events from the 1st sample.
My training is to long ago for me to crank out the numbers.
A good problem for computer simulation.
