Bob, I hope lots of folks read your post prior to laying out their hard earned dollars for this adventure.
I have printed your post out and intend to keep it near my check book!
However, I will have to postpone further testing for awhile as this whole "deal" seems to be in a flux and changing rapidly.It's a good thing I didn't do any checking it out before Italked my husband into doing the yDNA test to begin with - I probably would not have made the leap had I realized it was still so unstable.
Of course, every journey begins with a first step.How else would I ever have had the thrill of being informed by FTDNA that my husband is descended from the line(s) of Neill of the NIne Hostages?Even with the naysayers it was still very exciting.
