There is no single site where you will find all of them. Project managers differ on the access they provide and some don't have web sites.
Iusually go to the firms' sites and do a surname search:

http://www.dnaheritage.comhttp://www.dnaheritage.com
Also, try http://www.worldfamilies.nethttp://www.worldfamilies.net. It has all the FTDNA projects plus a few from other companies. Some projects may not have listed their WorldFamilies website at FTDNA.
There are a few new firms, but I don't know if they have surname projects per se.
If there is not a large project elsewhere, I would go with Ancestry, because of the price of their 33-marker test and their ability to attract people who have not been previously involved in DNA testing. If there is one elsewhere, I would check to see if they take results from other firms.
