Interpretation of Results by a Professional
For first-timers, I strongly recommend Relative Genetics' interpretation and analysis service. They will also interpret other lab's results. It is one of the best ways to pick up the correct methodology:

They write up a full report that can be distributed to participants by email or posted to a website as a PDF. No need to enter all of the numbers on a website or write up long explanations of results.
I have become even more convinced of its value after seeing a number of surname sites where group administrators, even after a lot of effort trying to pick up all the nuances, came to erroneous conclusions. Many were unable to formulate a plan for the next step. It really helps to see it done right, before trying it on your own.
Our Blanton DNA Project received this service as part of the testing. However, it has since been unbundled. Even though we have been testing for some time and could do pretty well ourselves, our group opts to continue with the service for new particpants.
