I believe that the Edward Dix you refer to was not a son of Anthony (d.15 Dec 1636 - by our records, Anthony had two sons, Anthony and Ralph)) but the Edward Dix who came from England in 1633. I find that most of the Dix descendants today are from Edward's line, very few Anthonys (mine). I have no information whether or not Anthiony and Edward were related (brothers?).
