I have some good information through Betty Hamlet's Book of Dittmans and our own family research which goes backward through John Adam Dittman, Adam Dittman, David Dittman (Dettmann) to John Heinrich Dittman in the mid- to late 1700s. I'd be interested in pushing the early date further back.
I'm also looking at Winterton, Scott, Wilson, and Humphreys trees (yes, I know, very common).
