Also researching Dittmer (mispelled various ways). Louisa, widowed, and son Michael & his wife Anna, their daughters Louise and Caroline came to US from Bremen, Germany to New York in 1872 and settled in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Possibly from Hannover, Germany area.
Any help appreciated.
