Thomas Brown Dison is not the same person as Thomas B. Dison of Clay County, AL. Thomas Brown Dison was married to Amanda Melvina (Melviney) Humphries, September 1854 in Randolph County, Alabama. She died 4 November 1857. He was in the Civil War and after that he moved to Shelby County, AL and married Phoebe Angeline Coshatt, 18 January 1866.
