Evans, child of Benjamin F. Disney, Co I, 1st Eastern Shore Md Inf) at the National Archives, Wash, DC. There was no actual information about Benjamin's time in service; the papers are for Fannie Evans' claim for pension since she was his Minor Child at the time Benjamin served in the Civil War.
