Hi,
My new daughter in law was told her grandfather is a 4th cousin to 'Walt'. From what I could find, maybe not> I can trace so far to Patrick Joe Washington Disney who married Margaret Trosper 1894 in Knox County, Ky. The older Disneys in Knox Cty, state on 1880 census they are from Tenn early 1800s. She was told her grandfather was born in Barbourville, Knox Cty. Ky. Are these two different lines, and where did Disney originate? Any help much appreciated.
