Would like to hear from anyone with information on JERRY DISHMAN. I don't have very much information about him and would greatly appreciate more. I am to believe this man is my biological father and need to find out family medical history. The information wich I have is place of birth believed to be Tennesse, mothers maiden name Edna Blevins. No fathers name known. He has a son named Jerry Jr. Aunt and Uncle Lois (Tildy) and Wendell Keith. This man should be married to a lady named Jackie. He was in the Vietnam War and discharged from Forbes Air Force Base in Topeka, Kansas about March 1969. With a last known adress being Muncie, Indiana. My date of birth is Dec. 1969. I have been told he has seen me and does know about me. From what I have been told over the years, the last contact with this man was when I was about 3yrs. old. After all these years of not knowing my father I think it's time find some answers or him and let him know I'm O.K. Any information would greatly be appreciated. Please help me if you can!
