Hi: I have your George in my file as the s/o Thomas Jefferson Dishman, b. 1810 Wilkes Co. NC, died aft. 1850 in Overton Co., TN and Elizabeth Percy Smith b. 1811 in TN. They had 9 children including George. Thomas was the s/o Jefferson Dishman b. abt 1778 in NC, d. abt 1847 in Wayne Co., KY and Lydia Upchurch b. 1782, d.1848 in Wayne Co., KY. Jefferson was s/o Thomas Dishman b. abt 1754 and Keziah Doublehead. Thats as far as I go back on the Dishman line. Let me know what else you need. I only had his second wife, so you have added to my information too. I have a child, George Sherman Dishman b. to George & Matilda. His date of birth is 9-27-1865. Beckie
