So happy to find so many DISHMANS! I am seeking any information or HELP on the search for my Grandmother's father. She is listed in the 1900 census for District of Columbia (Washington, DC). Her name was Maud Mae Dishman born 10 July 1884 in VA. She was 15 at time of census and listed as step-daughter of William Howard. Her mother's name was Emma ??. Also listed was a step-son named William Gettings. There is no birth record of Maud M. Dishman in VA or DC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
