I am not a memeber of the DISHMAN family, but have found some info. for some one out there that may be looking.

I have found two old graves on the side of a very rural country dirt road in south--west Va., near the town of Abingdon Va.

They are the graves of John D. DISHMAN, birth Dec. 25, 1817, death Jan. 18, 1899.

Eliza DISHMAN, wife of J.D. DISHMAN. Birth July 6, 1820 (?) death Nov. 16, 1894 (?) Years on Eliza's are hard to make out.

There are also a couple of graves marked with just feild stones, no dates or names.

These grave sites ares located of off road # 626 in south west Va.

I hope some one can use this info. I just thought I should pass it along.
