In recent research I have located Edward Longtine and wife Delia/Della in 1930 and 1920 censuses. In 1930, in Chocolay, Marquette, MI, they live next to Joseph and Marie L. Dionne. A few lines further down, there's William Dionne with his family.
In 1920, Edward and Della (with first two children, Joseph E and Agnes M) are living as 'boarders' with Joseph & Mary Dion in Chocolay, who also have a son William. Top of the page, there is also another Joseph Dion, one year older than Della.
In 1910 Census, still in Chocolay, Joseph & Mary Dion have these three children (Joseph, Della and William) living with them. There's also father Frank (widower) and brother Peter (single) living in the family. Finally, going back another 10 years, Delia's age in 1900 census corresponds to what you gave.
This is certainly Delia's family. Hope this helps!
