THIS IS NOT A JOKE
Hi my name is Julian McConnie in 34 years old and I grew up with my adoptive parents in San Juan, P.R. Last year I had twins (boy and a girl), the boy was born very sick and had to be hospitalized for 3 months. During his stay in the hospital the doctors diagnosed cystic fibrosis. (later they diagnosed my girl). The doctors advise me to search for my real parents because: a) they need a complete medical history on my family and b) I need to inform any sibblings or cousins that they could be carriers of cf.
My birth mothers name (apparently) is Thelma Dinwiddie, and her mothers name is Barbara Steele (she was a dog show judge) She has your last name. I know that you might not even know who I'm talking about, but the health of my babies is very important to me. Please let me know if you can help, I will certainly appreciate it.
