John Dinwoodie age 50 (John is a foreman at a Quarry in Westerly)John and Mary S Black married abt 1887 probably right in Westerly RI their children is as follows
Theodore age 21
James E age 19
David age 16
Paul age 14
William E age 11
Alexander B age 10
Mary age 7
You will see that all children of John Dinwoodie and Mary S children all born Rhode Island (Alexander who people say came over here to USA with parents is not true)(RI State Archives will have their birth records that you can get for about 10 cents a copy or if you send for them it costs $2.45)
Theodore Edgar Blacks came to USA with wife Janet (also known as Jan) in year 1886 according to these census....Edgar was a stone cutter----All his children were born in Rhode Island as well.....Theodore Dinwoodie married Hannah Mary White from Connecticut...His brother Alexander married her sister Ruth Esther White
Theodore Edgar Black and Janets children is as follows
Bessie J in 1910 was age 21
Theodore E Jr in 1910 was age 20
Ruth J in 1910 was age 14
Another Daughter looks like Clara in 1910 census age 18 (Her name hard to read
