Descendants of David Dunwoodie b.1693.

I am attempting to develop a database of the descendants of David Dunwoodie (c.1693) of Ulster Ireland, and his wife Sarah. This would included their children David b.1724 (and his wife Jean McClure), Hugh b.1726 (and his wife Jean Crawford), and William c.1728(wife unkown). Their descendants include a large percentage of the Dunwoodies/Dinwoodies/Dinwiddies in the US, especially those branches which originate in Pennsylvania and Indiana.
This database, once compiled, will be placed on Rootsweb and will be open for anyone to utilize. If you have pedigrees, family group records, or short histories which you would be willing to contribute I would certainly appreciate it. The information would need to be in Gedcom format, and traceable back to the Irish Dunwoodies. If you would be willing to participate in this effort, please contact me by email.
Although I am not related to this side of the family, I have developed a great interest in it since researching my Dinwoodie ancestors who originated in the Annandale region of Dumfriesshire, Scotland, and observing the tendency of individual members to migrate to distant parts of the world. And who knows, someday we may be able to trace the original wanderers and link us all together.
If you would like to ascertain my sincerity, you can check out my previous efforts at my web page Dinwoodie of Scotland, http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~jwar or the Rootsweb page at http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=SHOW&db=jwarr87480.
