I presently reside in Seattle, Washington and over the years have often looked for information on the Dinner Family. My immediate family settled in the Muskoka area of Ontario Canada, in the mid 1800's and many still live in and around that area.
Several years ago I met a gentleman in Seattle, also named Dinner. His family settled in a farming community of Minnesota USA, also in the 1800's, after venturing from Odessa, Russia. He is approximately 85 years of age and was certain his family name had been Dinner for many generations.
According to the information I have been able to come up with, my family descended from William Dinner, England. I do have more specific information at my office, but can't recall the exact area.
