Hi

I had an uncle, Wilmer Dinkle, who previously lived in Washington, D.C. He retired and lived in Hartwood, VA and then in Fredericksburg. He died in Fredericksburg, VA. in 1974 or 75. He was married to Pauline. Maybe he is the person you are looking for. Good luck!
