Thank you for your reply. If my information is correct, your "Daniel Dinkle" married Rebecca Steinman. I have only a little information on this branch of the family and would be very interested in the pages of "The Meyer Family" book you mention. May I contact you directly by e-mail?

As far as I can tell, I am descended from your Daniel's brother, Peter Dinkle, b. 1770, m. Hannah. Peter's son Daniel (b. 1793), is to the best of my current knowledge, my line. I have not yet entirely documented this family and the recurrence of names, generation to generation, confuses things. Perhaps we can compare notes and help each other out. I have other information that maybe you don't have. Thanks again!
