In this posting, you mention that Peter Dinkle Jr (c. 1770 to 1840) and wife Hannah (?) had a daughter also named Hannah. My GGGrandfather Peter O'Hail/Hale married a Hannah, who, in some newspaper notice was said to have been born Dinkle. Do you know anything about your Hannah - like who she married, etc. What leads me to believe that there is some connection, is that Peter O'Hail and wife lived around Dillsburg and Dover, PA at various times. They then moved to Winchester, Frederick Co., VA about 1870. There are also other family members showing up in Charleston, WV and the Winchester, VA area. Your subsequent posting lists folks in these areas. Hoping for clues??!!
