I am trying to trace my grandmother's family history. Her maiden name was Isabella Craib
(b. 1861, d 1940) Married Peter Angus in 1878. Lived in Aberdeenshire, Parishes of Cluny and Midmar and in her later years, Aberdeen city. We believe her mother's maiden name was Dingwall. I have some indication that an uncle or a cousin in the Dingwall family emmigrated to Texas in late 1800's/early 1900's to breed cattle. He travelled with a John Craib (brother of Isabella) who we know later returned to Culter near Aberdeen.
