Finlay Dingwall was born on 10th Jan. 1827 in Kiltern.
He married Johanna MacDonald in Inverness on 11 Sept. 1855.
Their children were Isabella b. 4th July 1857. Helen b 2nd April 1859. Catherine b 20th Jan. 1861. Alexander b 6th. Nov. 1862. Johanna b 14th Nov.1864. Thomasina b 5th. Sept. 1866. Duncan b 15th. Sept. 1868. In the 1771 census Thomas age 74yrs born in Kiltern. In 1851 census he was given as born in Fodderty.The only Thomas in Fodderty records about this time was born to an Alexander Dingwall Hights of Keppoch.It should be possible to get the parents of Thomas from his death certificate.
