My last name is Dingmon. My father was adopted by a Edward Miles Dingmon who was born May 14, 1916 in New York. The 1920 Census list him as a Dingman. His father was John Edward Dingmon born July 08, 1890, married a Amanda Hilda Nielson, but have only found him on the 1920 Census listed as Dingman.
