Hope you are still looking at this forum. I am a descendent of Henry Dingman via my mothers side of the family. Henry b. 1827 was the son of Michael Dingman b. 1 May 1791 and Polly (Dolly) Roeliffson 1795. They show up in the 1850 Census with children John 25, Henry 23, Maria 19, and Jane 18. Henry's son Henry b. about 1845 m. Sarah Jane Quackenbush b. 1847 they had children Lovina, Edward, Verna, Julia, Charles and Esther. My mother is Esther's daughter.
