Tom: I am also researching the Dingman & Miller surname My Dingman's on my fathers side are from around Lexington, Sanilac, Co., Michigan while the Miller's from my mothers side are from Ohio.. You will find a
ton of Millers in Lucas Co. same county that Toledo is in The archives
and graveyards are full of them: There are over 400 Miller's listed from the state death arcives in Lucas & Wood county alone betwen 1917-1934
My Millers came from the town of Neapolis, Lucas Co., Ohio Hopes this
