George Dingman was my great grandfather. I am Erma's(not Irma) granddaughter. George's father was William Dingman born in 1860 in Michigan.His mother was Lydia Phillips born in Canada. She died when George was very young and her grave is not marked. I believe that Williams Father is either Samuel or Charles Dingman I'm really not sure that is as far as I have gotten. Jane's real name was Jennie according to marriage certificate (Aunt Olive has it), and the 1910 census. George and Jane had 11 children. there was a boy named Billie who died at 1 year old. A lot of the family is buried in Peck MI and some Wheatleys in Croswell MI. I have info on the Wheatleys also.
