I am not sure if I will get a response to this as there seems not to have been any postings for sometime...
I have a tenuous link to the Dingleys in that one was the mother of the 3rd wife of my great grandfather...
Sarah A Dingley - daughter of Dennis and Mary A Dingley of Talbot Street, Oldbury. Born 1873?
Sarah had three siblings - John aged 6 in 1881; Dennis aged 3; and Kate aged 1.
Her parents Dennis was 36 in 1881 and Mary A. 32.
Dennis' father is living with them in 1881 - Samuel was aged 69 and born Quinton.
Samuel is the son of Dennis Dingley and Mary Rose and that his wifes name was Sarah. Samuel and Sarah lived in Owen St. Tipton in 1841 and had 10 children - Hannah, Mary Ann; Jemima; David; Emma; Dennis; James; Saul; Obedience and John.
Dennis was the son of William Dingley and Nancy (Ann) Priest.
