Hi Steven, my grandmother was James M. & Cynthia Elizabeth McGee Dingler's daughter Georgia Mae. She married Allen Rape in Henry Co. GA. Their daughter Elizabeth Lorene Rape Stewart was my mother. Mother was a twin - her sister is Martha Corene Rape Lynch; she is still living at 91 years of age; Mother died 15 May this year. The twins had a sister Alma Rape Peek who was born in 1907 and a brother Raymond Allen Rape who was both in 1905 - both now deceased.
I scanned the Dinglers of the South at the GA Archives last week and for the life of me I can't see our connection with Johannes and Nancy Paschall Dingler. Do you know what I am missing?
The list of children of James and Cynthia that you sent me helped a lot - I only had partial names not complete names for my grandmother's siblings.
If you are interested, I have all the descendants from Georgia Mae up to the present and I will be glad to share.
