Thank you so much for the information. I was just recently made aware of the book, and hate that it is out of print. However, I just discovered that a great aunt has a copy that she is lending me, and then I went to the Dingler web page and found that the book is now available on CD, and I have ordered a copy. It seemed for so long I was up against a brick wall, and now the flood gates have opened! Thanks again for taking the time to help me.
