My mother was adopted in 1934 at the age of 8 years. Her biological mother's name was Jess (or Jesse) Cooper. She believes her biological father's name was Harry Dingler. She knows they were from Philadelphia, and she also had another brother who was a couple of years younger. She was adopted in Camden, NJ. She never had any contact with either of her biological parents. She is still alive, living in Elmer, NJ. I would appreciate any information you may have on either Harry Dingler or Jess Cooper.
