Lawrence, I saw your response to Marcia Hardesty's question on the genforum. Can you confirm that the Phebe Dingle, who Holden and Lockwood in "Lockwood Family in America" reported to have md. William Lockwood, was the dau. of Edward Dingle, the son of Rev. Edward Dingle? Based on the will of Benjamin Lockwood (1725-1822) prob. in SX Co., DE, Hannah may have been the dau. of Hannah L. (dau. of Benjamin) who md. a Ed. Dingle.
