Sammy, I an earlier Dingess family post you talk of a relic Dingess Family Bible located in Texas. I'm hoping to prove with a document other than Henry Clay Ragland's book that Sallie Farley b.1785 Giles co va(dau of thomas farley and judith clay) married Peter Dingess jr b.1776 montgomery co va in 1806 at logan co va. I'm thru their dau.mary polly dingess that married lewis b.lawson. I've searched hi and low for a few years for an additional source but so far i've come up empty handed.hoping you might have something. thanks susan in va.
