Can anyone help me with this line? Sarah Maria Dimmock born October 4, or 24 1828. Sarah Maria married Enoch C. Coleman in Mansfield 26, Jan 1851 "both of Mansfield", by Nahum Taiton. On the marriage certificate it says that she was born in Willington. Willington has no record of her. Sarah dies in Brookfield Mass. April , 20, 1886, on her death certificate it just states only that her parents were Mr & Mrs Dimmock.. I find her in 1850 living with Gardner and Julia Reynolds in the Eagle Section of Mansfield.. In Willington, I found Marlin buying and selling land between Benjamin and Jeduthan Dimmock, which led me to believe that they were brothers. (which in fact they were)I also found the marriage for Marlin Dimmock to Mary Burnham 24 Nov 1822. I believe that it is possible that Marlin moved to Illinois. Sarah Maria Dimmock and Enoch C. Coleman had !) daughter Georgianna Estelle who married a Corbin and became a Mormon. They moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where she died after 1921 .2) a son Willie, who died in a fire in Union, CT. 3) daughter Agnes, all I know of Agnes is that my grandmother said that she was the one who died in a fire 4) a daughter Florabelle Roseltha, born April 13, 1870 ,Eastford, CT. married George Emory Allen in Brookfield, MA. In the "work" done by Georgianna, she states as parents for Sarah as " Mr & Mrs Dimmock" .From this I assume that this was either the most disfunctional family in history or that her parents had died young or had moved away, and the grandchildren hadn't known them.
