Sylvia, it looks like the DIMMITT immigrant was William DIMMITT m. Elizabeth sometime before 1679 as first record, June Houston mentions, was as a witness on the Will of Robert Bergin of Baltimore County, MD. All I noted on SWAN was Dorothy Swan's father as Burch SWAN.

Please do drop me a note if you cannot locate June. I'll be happy to share what I have with you but I think you would enjoy the book more.
