Hello Richard,
Thank you so much for this information. I have been told their are not any documents to confirm Dimmitt was the last name of the Elizabeth that married William Bosley. I am hoping you have found something that confirms this marriage.
I also have a Susannah Dimmitt abt.1770, that married William Stansbury in my research. My research indicates she is often mistaken as the mother of Elizabeth Stansbury. I show a Ruth Welsh as mother of Elizabeth and list the children of Susannah as Thomas, Maryann & Burch.
