These contacts can be so frustratingly close! My great grandparents Robert Diment born c. 1833 m. Sarah (Turner)farmed the Abbey Farm at Cerne up until 1907. They had six sons Thomas Turner Diment (Using mother's maiden name seems common in Dorset at that time, Joseph Turner Diment, Robert Diment, William Diment, John (Jack) Diment & Hugh Diment. Two of the sons married into the Derriman family who were the millers and bakers in Cerne. Cerne churchyard has several of them.
But I can see no connection with this lot amongst your relations.
