I researched Loudoun County land owned by James Dillon, not the Dillon family, but I do have a small bit of info.
James Dillon of Bucks Co, PA purchased 1,050 acres from Wm Ramsey on 14 Aug 1764. (Loudoun Deed Book D:261/263)
James Dillon's will was proved in Loudoun County Court on 14 Jan 1805. Lists sons Abdon Dillon and Moses Dillon, and daughters Susanne Love and Rebecca Malcup. I only took notes and don't have a copy of the will, so I'm not sure if he had a daughter named Mary Dillon of if my notes refer to his wife/widow.(Loudoun Will Book G:293) His wife's name was Mary per deeds gifting land to Moses.
The Town of Purcellville is named after the Purcell family. The Dillon family owned land in and around present-day Purcellville, VA.
There are a number of Loudoun County courtcases available online involving the Dillon family. Go to http://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/http://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/ and select Loudoun County. Search for surname of Dillon.
There are some helpful online court indexes available here http://www.loudoun.gov/Default.aspx?tabid=2010http://www.loudoun.gov/Default.aspx?tabid=2010
